We are huge fans of these kits and I give them as birthday gifts all the time. My oldest had one of the butterfly kits in her 2nd grade class to study life cycles and would come home so excited each day.
My youngest got one for her 6th birthday as a gift and absolutely loved it.
They also have a ladybug habitat (which would be an awesome one for gardeners! You could have the ladybugs for a bit and then release them onto your plants that might need them.)
