I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Currently I’ve got an old bank envelope full. It seems my memory has to be photographic in order to remember where I saw that one…oh,wait, I think I have a coupon for that (as the lady behind me groans)!
I label my insert with the date and then I put them into an accordian folder. I would love more coupons and a way to organize them!
I just started my coupon journey and I have to admit…they are taking over my house, my purse and my car! I have a few plastic zipper pouches but when they get full, I just smoosh the coupons anywhere I can. I REALLY need a system!

Still trying to perfect things here. I’ve used envelopes, binders, and file folders. Right now I’m mostly filing by inserts and not sure what to do with internet printables.
Right now I have an index card holder organized by category and then by date.
I use an accordian folder to organize my coupons
We are also friends on facebook. Thanks for doing this!
Just found your site and I look forward to reading about how I can organize my coupons I need help. I have them in an old diper wipes box and I usually put them in a zip loc baggie when I go shopping but this does not work. My niece was helping me put in an old photo albumn that is better than the box but I need something else.. Help is what I need
I have 3 accordion coupon organizer and a bug bucket where they sit to be sorted. Or until they expire lol. They are also in the car, in my purse, coat pockets etc. Love this giveaway would be very helpful!
I use an accordian file system.
I put mine in a plastic storage box with a lid. They are organized with index cards with each labeled. I would love to switch to a binder, but have not found the energy and time to do the switch yet. 🙂

I use an accordian file system.
I use to really be into coupons until my source dissapeared. I’m trying to get back into it as I’m recently a single Mom of 2 little ones trying to survive each month.
Wish me luck!
I follow on email and fb 🙂

I clip the ones I know I will use and keep them in a small accordian file. I staple the ones that I do not clip, write the date on them and keep them in a file. I haven’t been couponing long so I’m probably going to need a new plan as I get more coupons.
I use a 2 binder method. One is for food coupons, the other is for everything else 🙂
I’d love to win this. I currently have all of my coupons separated in envelopes and I’ve started transferring them to baseball trading cards pages and put them in a cheap three ring binder for now. But I’d like to eventually get a niccer one that zippers to keep the coupons from falling out.

I would love to win this binder. I have all my coupons in a large coupon organizer, but I would love to get them organized in a binder. I have only been couponing for a few months and anything to make it a little easier would really help!! Thanks.
Who doesn’t love more coupons?
I also shared this giveaway on my facebook wall.
I subscribe. My current method is 3 small accordion files for separating by category. Then I have separate accodion files for my favorite places to coupon shop: CVS, Walgreen’s and Target. Once I make my lists I put each store’s coupon in the appropriate file and there’s no digging around while I am shopping!
I would love to win! Right now I have my coupons in a fabric zipper-pouch in my purse.
just wanted to add more to my previous comment 2 up from this i am also a busy mother of 5 and i work 30 hours a week i need some coupon organizing help!!
I keep my coupons organized in an accordion file wallet! I’ve been wanting to start the binder method!
I am currently using a binder, which I have recently decide needs some adjustments and reorganization. This coupon binder could be just what I need!
I keep my coupon inserts at home in a file folder drawer and clip the coupons I need for each week. Then I use an zippered pouch given away by airlines to carry the coupons in my purse.

I keep whole inserts in an accordian file sorted by date and clip the ones I plan to use in a binder.

I currently use an accordian file…however it doesn’t have enough tabs and is very unorganized.
I liked you on facebook and follow you daily! Thanks for all the great deals!
I am really hoping to become an “Ext Couponer” & this will help keep me organized! I am doing this mainly for the kids to help them out- with 5 children- who can’t use something for organiztion-LOL
Hope to hear I am the “WINNER!!!
I need this binder in a serious way I sent out 3 comments and I hope you read them all. Shannon Parker thank you for sharing this site with me so that I can save just as much as you do. I know we both need it and need.
I use an accordion file, but I am not in love with the system.
I use a binder with photo inserts.
I liked you on facebook too.
I desperately need to bump up my coupon system. Right now, I use ziplocs! I usually print cut, and paper clip ones to use together and stick them in a ziplock and keep them in my purse. Recently, I have started the filling system, but have yet to clip one coupon from the last 4 papers. 🙁 I frequently shop at Target and Publix, and rarely go anywhere else. I need a better system.
i use a binder, but don’t organize as often as i should!
I put all the inserts in a basket and label them by Sunday’s date (SS, P&G, or RP). I also have a half size organizer that I put the coupons to each store for the week….like coupons to Target/Walmart/RiteAid/Walgreens/etc…..
I use a recipe box but I think it’s time to upgrade to the binder! 🙂
I follow you on FB! 🙂
i am a facebook fan!
