{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I have a binder that I try to keep all my coupons in and then use something my daughter bought me at Hallmark to take the sorted coupons to the store- It has a magnetic flap and opens to one side containing a notepad and the other has files like a coupon holder.

I used to use a box with envelopes, but found it to hard to find my coupons and keep them organized. I recently started using a binder system, but it’s still in the beginning stages..

I have been tempted to try a folder, right now i use an accordian file, it seems to work ok. Ps love your site!!

I keep my inserts in a file cabinet but would love to be more organized.

  12. Carrie says

    07/04/2011 at 7:57 PM

I currently just file the whole inserts, writing the date on the front of the insert with a Sharpie. Then if I like any of the deals for the week, I clip the coupons I want to use. Any loose coupons get filed in a binder under generic categories like “personal care”!

I have just started my couponing adventure! I am having a hard time finding the coupons I need at the time the sales for that item are running (or else I don’t know what I am doing!). Let’s not even talk about the organizer, yep, I am also the one who has coupons in the bottom of my purse, and my wallet. I don’t even have an organizer yet, they are all in a pile! S.O.S. !!!! 🙂

  19. Melissa Summitt says

    07/04/2011 at 8:01 PM

I hate to admit it, but I am a pile on the desk/stuffed in the wallet couponer. I want to be more organized and a binder would be a great jumpstart!

  20. nikki says

    07/04/2011 at 8:02 PM

I use a binder for my cut coupons and a filing tub for my uncut inserts. My binder is falling apart so I could really use a new one though!

  21. Nichole says

    07/04/2011 at 8:02 PM

I use an accordion file when I have the time to sort…otherwise I just pile them in a drawer in the kitchen. I’d love a better way to organize!

  26. Dana says

    07/04/2011 at 8:07 PM

Currently, I use just a little coupon file that doesn’t have much rhyme or reason. It seems that most of the time, I go to get a coupon and it’s expired or I can’t find it. Boo! I need this system! 🙂

  27. Sharon Morrison says

    07/04/2011 at 8:08 PM

I use an accordian folder, sorting my coupons by Brand name – really works great & my husband can also find coupons very easy 🙂

  28. Missy says

    07/04/2011 at 8:09 PM

I use an accordion file and it annoys me, I’d like to try a binder.

i have a coupon organizer from etsy, that i love, but i find myself being more of a pile on the kitchen counter couponer right now. chasing a toddler around doesn’t leave me lots of time to organize. could sure use some help!

  34. Trish says

    07/04/2011 at 8:15 PM

I’m just getting started being serious about the whole coupon thing. I haven’t found a “system” that works for me yet. I usually just clip the ones I need to the ad when I go to the store.

  35. Tatyanna says

    07/04/2011 at 8:16 PM

I have gone from the envelopes to accordian style to binder to piles of MQs from RP,SS, etc. and now I back to accordian style for now… I still have my binder and would love an upgrade. thanks

I use a spiral bound recipe holder that I found at a dollar store and put new labels on each pocket. Its worked for two years but the pockets are tearing apart so a binder system would be a needed change!

  41. Trish says

    07/04/2011 at 8:21 PM

Hmm, my original comment disappeared. I’m just started with the whole couponing thing, so I don’t really have a system yet. Usually I just clip the ones I need to the circular when I go to the store.

Love your website. It is definitely a favorite. I currently use a little, gold box with about 20 tabbed long envelopes to organize the cut coupons into categories. Then I have individual store envelopes separately that I fill each week based on the ads (and your website). The box and the envelopes were free so I haven’t tried to switch to another system that would cost me money. Would love to win a binder all ready to go. : )

I am still trying to figure it all out I keep everything in a zipable binder with 4 school supply zip close inserts for when I decide to carry an insert in as I make purchases.
