{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

Sadly I out grew my binder, and have yet to get another one. I’m currently filing them unclipped by date and grabbing out the ones I need. I would love to get back into the binder catagory though.

I really enjoy your website. It is very helpful. I currently use the binder system and find it very easy and efficient to use. I could use a new binder, dropped mine in the store the other day and it broke. Thanks

I would LOVE to win one of these! I am new to couponing.. and typically my coupons start out in an envelope ( I try to be organized) but ultimately end up at the bottom of my purse crumpled up just when I found a great deal to use them on! Thanks so much for putting the effort into this for US!

I would love to have the opportunity to win a binder! We are already friends on facebook and I look forward to seeing all the great deals that you send out all day long! Currently my coupons are all in an envelope in my purse, but it is a little embarrassing that sometimes I have to look for a coupon in line at the store and then others fall to the floor and becomes a big mess!

I just started couponing and I’ve been using a filing system and would love to move up to a binder!!

We have a binder, but during our shopping trips we pull what we need and place them in envelopes. But having these binders would help expand our shopping trips to hundreds of items instead of the 20s.

I have my coupon inserts in an binder by date and clip them depending on your helpful info (thank you so much for your site!!). I usually cut some additional coupons that I know for sure I’ll use, and those remain in the bottom of my purse in an envelope.

I have a binder to bring coupons to the store (for checking out clearance items). Then I have a zipper pouch with zip lock bags inside (for specific stores) filled with the coupons that I need to use that trip.

I used to use an accordian folder, but a few weeks ago a friend suggested that I use a binder instead. I have found that this is more time consuming as far as organinzing, but much easier to use in the store!

  26. Shannon says

I have two systems in place. I use the binder system for printable coupons and coupons I’ve cut already for the newspaper inserts but decided not to use or are extras, etc. In addition, I file my newspaper inserts by date and insert type. With regards to the binder, I’ve kept it organized by category (i.e. dairy/meat, cleaning, baby, pets, personal care, etc.) and it works great for me. I even include sections for specific stores (i.e. Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Staples, etc.) so I can keep those coupons separate as well.

I want to start using coupons more effectively. Right now my only system involves making my kids hold the coupons for me while we shop. I’m sure half of them end up on the floor before we even make it to the register.
Thanks for all the great tips!

  34. Tanya C. says

    07/04/2011 at 7:30 PM

I use two accordian files. One for my general coupons and one for my store specific coupons. Its works pretty well for me, but it does get pretty full at times and you are limited to how many categories you can have. I’ve always wondered about using a binder, but never really had the time or money to switch systems.

I am currently swtiching to using a binder. I have filed complete inserts in the past and just cut out what I needed. I seem to miss out on a lot of good clearance or non-advertised deals by not having my coupons with me, so I am switching. Would love to win a binder already set up!
