And the last of the gift guides for this year is the babies and toddlers guide. I tried to find things that little ones might enjoy all year long at a variety of price points.
Hopefully some of these things work for the wee ones on your list.
My Fabulous Storyteller. I can’t count how many times I have heard parents want to raise children screen free. This is a great item to pick up if that is the case for you. This is a little box that contains 48 different audio stories for little ones to listen too. Once you get through those, you can go to the app to download tons more options. This also allows children to create your own adventure in the stories by selecting the hero, the setting and more.
Baby Rest Sound Machine. This is a sound machine, nightlight and time to wake up all combined in one. You can completely control this with an app and change the color, increase or lower the volume – totally customize this to your child. If you have a toddler, this is very handy to alert a child that it is time to get out of bed or set it to start playing music and gently changing the light prior to bed time.
Playhouses. These are not too expensive and there are so many to choose from like the Parisan cafe, Mr Hoopers store from Sesame Street, a Fire Station, VW Bus and more… Super cute and perfect for a play room or maybe a nook in a child’s bedroom.
Cookie Monster PJs. These are so darn cute. A little one could easily wear these pjs out of the house and still be the best dressed baby on the block. Click here for a cute toy to go with these pjs.
Skip Hop 3 in 1 Walker . I got this for my 1 year old nephew this year. Choose from a dog or unicorn and it converts into three toys in one. Sit, walk and ride.
Plush Rocker. There are several animals to choose from and so darn cute and soft.
Baby Shark Sound Book. Apparently Baby Shark is still the thing and this little book is really cute. Push the buttons as you read along for music. Click here for a cute toy to go with this book.
Toy Picnic Basket. This is so sweet and although it is a little more expensive than a plastic set, it is so beautiful you can leave it out in a nursery or on a dresser. So sweet.
Jellycat Reindeer. I wanted to include a plush and Jellycat are one of my favorite brands. This little reindeer is so cute- he just needs a big bow and would be darling peeking out of a stocking.
Tomorrow I’ll Be Brave Book. The illustrations are gorgeous on this book- choose from Tomorrow I’ll Be Brave or Tomorrow I’ll Be Kind. I love these.
Fur Booties. How sweet are these? Check out some cute booties for boys here .
Lemon Security Blanket. This is so darn cute and is absolutely perfect for post Christmas when everyone is craving Spring. You can see a bunch more really cute items from this collection here including activity mats and muslin blankets.
Skip Hop Crawl Toy. There are three stages to this toy to grow with your baby. The first is a bee rattle that is safe for teething, second is a cloud that moves in circles with lights and music and the third is the cloud moving in random patterns for little crawlers.
B Toys Popping Turtle. Do you remember the corn poppers from when you were a kid? Goodness I can still hear that thing popping away like crazy from both of my girls. This is a more modern version and is so cute with the little turtle. Fold the handle down for crawling babies or remove the handle entirely.
Sophie the Giraffe Bath Toy. Again a little more expensive than a standard bath toy but so cute and really well made and safe for teething babies. This toy does not have any holes so no need to worry about bacteria and mold.
