I mentioned that I am hoping Santa brings me this Ring Wi-Fi enabled doorbell for Christmas this year on one of my Holiday Gift Guides.

If you have your eye on one of them too, it is a fantastic price today!

You can pick it up in this satin nickel color for just $99.  That is a significant savings. Please note this will be a popular deal and the item is already on backorder until 12/6 so don’t wait to order.

Here are the features of this doorbell:

  • See, hear and speak to anyone at your door from your smartphone, tablet or PC.
  • Get instant alerts when visitors press your Doorbell or trigger the built-in motion sensors.
  • Watch over your home in crystal-clear HD video. Dimensions : 4.98 x 2.43 x 87 inches
  • Protect your home – day or night – with infrared night vision.
  • Communicate with visitors via two-way audio with noise cancellation.
  • Check-in on your property at any time, and get streaming video and audio with Live View.
  • Set up your Doorbell in minutes with the included tool kit and installation guide.

Please note prices are valid as of 8:41am PST and can change at any moment.

Do you have to have a subscription for this product?

    Hi Amanda,

My understanding is that you can opt in to pay for cloud service to keep the recordings for a very low amount- something like $30 a year. That will keep all the video footage for you. If you really aren’t concerned about security and just want to know who is at the door, you can opt out of that and pay nothing. 🙂 I believe you might be able to keep the recordings on your phone too and skip the cloud storage but that would probably take up a lot of space on your phone.

I have it and I think I just paid $17 a year for the cloud service.

Tina thanks so much. I heard from different friends and they are said it was super affordable. I heard $30 but maybe there are different storage plans or maybe she was mistaken 🙂
