Have you picked up an Instant Pot? Goodness these are handy to have. Basically it is a Crock Pot on steroids as it cooks everything in minutes not hours like a traditional slow cooker. Magic!
We use ours all.the.time for all the things. In fact I was at a party last night and the hostess had cooked up Korean Ribs on the grill and was rocking some perfectly done rice in the Instant Pot. Simple and delicious.
