Hi Elizabeth, yes the little Starbucks inside Target. I think almost all stores have them. This promo is specific to Target/Starbucks but just for future reference typically Starbucks only promos don’t get honored. Sometimes they offer an alternate promo instead though. Hope that makes sense 🙂
