Sam’s Club: Free Health Screening {January 9th}

Sam’s Club will be having a free health screening on January 9th for members. You can stop by from 11 am to 4 pm.

Tests include:

  • Glucose
  • Total cholesterol
  • HDL
  • Risk Ratio
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Fat Percentage
  • Vision Screening/Testing

Note this is for participating locations. You can check here to see if your location is doing the screening.
