With Back to School season upon us, I thought it would be fun to put together a list of 20 ideas for a quick and healthy breakfast.
Some of these require advance preparation, such as homemade English Muffins but many are also 10 minutes or less in the kitchen in the morning.
A good breakfast is so important- especially for the kids- so hopefully you find a few things that appeal to your family. I know breakfast is something I just don’t take the time to make for myself and so I have to plan ahead or I will be starving by 9am and running through the closest Starbucks lane.
