Starbucks also has a new line of bakery items- has anyone tried the new food products yet? Those tomato tarts are always calling my name as I drive past.
And if you are a Starbucks Latte fan, you might try this super simple recipe to make your own Cinnamon Dolce syrup. I make Iced Lattes at home all the time with this stuff. It is also good with just a bit of steamed milk for an after dinner treat.

My store was one of the test stores for the new baked goods, so I’ve been eating them for a while now! I think they’re much better than the old ones overall. The croissants are fantastic. The muffins are good. The loaf cakes tend to be a little dry. The sandwiches at lunchtime are really good, especially the beef brisket. I am not a fan of the piadinas. The cookies are great, especially warmed up.
Gee, can you tell I’m a Starbucks junkie? I figure there are worse vices in the world. 😉
