The ones she did before (Deceptively Delicious and Double Delicious) were geared toward toddlers and how to get healthy ingredients into basic foods like tacos and grilled cheese.
I really like these books, they have full color photos and she doesn’t post 8 million ingredients. She has simple little tricks like adding cauliflower to deviled eggs (I posted this recipe here) and it just amps up the nutrition value.
So this book is different in that it isn’t geared toward feeding toddlers but rather a basic cookbook for people that don’t have a natural talent in the kitchen.
Again you will find beautiful photos and yummy recipes that are simple, wholesome and delicious.
