Thanks for posting the deals. Do you use the Target WiFi with your cell phone to show the cashier your mobile coupons or cartwheel coupons? I always have “spotty” experience at the couple Targets near my home. I might see it in the store aisle but not by cashier, for example. I speak to customer service or call corporate but nothing changes. so I stick with paper coupons at Target.
