Here is the latest and greatest Shop for Free list for Target and Walmart stores. These prices can vary from region to region so you may not find the exact same deals. These are items you can get for free or practically free after coupon!
Note Target changes prices on Sunday and Walmart changes on Tuesday. These should be ongoing deals (unless otherwise noted) except they can occasionally change things up on those days. Please note there are several coupons that are expiring in the next few days!
Thanks to Passion for Savings for her help with Walmart.

Hi Charlene… I just wanted to make a comment on one of the products. You list it as Wolf Chili…That is not its name.. Its name is Wolf Brand Chili.. It can be shortened to Wolf Brand if you must.. anyone who knows it will know you’re talking about chili. I’ve been eating it for close to 50 years and Im so excited its finally finding its way out of the southwest.. I live in Ohio & when I go home (Texas), I buy it and bring it back home in my suitcase.. haha.. Its great chili.
Here is a blip from their website about the name..

By the early 1920s, the chili’s great-tasting reputation had spread, so Mr. Davis began canning the chili. At the suggestion of a local photographer, Mr. Davis’ pet wolf, Kaiser Bill, was selected to grace the label. Suddenly the chili had a name, Wolf Brand, which became as famous as its flavor.

ketchup here r 2.69… an I missing something? I tried but one and wasn’t free… 🙁
Charlene says
Hally,
I can’t guarantee that every store around the country will have the same price on every item when they are not advertised deals. I say that in almost every post. Your store may have raised the price slightly or they may just have slightly higher prices overall. I checked on Sunday and that was the price at my store. That is a pretty good size bottle for $.69 so I would still say it is a good deal.

Quess I’m too late. The coupon now states that you have to buy 1 ketchup and 3 Ore Ida fries to save $2.
Charlene says
Yes sandy I posted that one last Monday and told people that it might change. When items are free with coupons it is usually best to print them as soon as you possibly can.
Here is the post from Sunday:
