There is a Walgreens Friends and Family coupon available for today to save an extra 20% off W Brand items and 15% off most everything else.
There are a few exclusions like milk, newspapers, magazines, alcohol etc… but overall you should be able to use the coupon on most items you might want.
Here are a few things that popped out to me as good deals:
- The Viva Paper Towels deal would be $1.84 per 6pk after coupons and Register Rewards
- W Brand Diapers are $5.00 this week- so those would be $4.00 per pack!
- Hot Wheels would be $.67 each
- Get 2 packs of Kotex for $.95

Could we use the 15% coupon w/Viva $1 walgreens coupon? I wonder if the percent coupon is considered a walgreens coupon.

Just got back from Walgreens and did awesome on diapers and paper towels! Here’s how mine looked:
(2) Viva paper towel 6pks = $5.09 each after F&F
– $2 (Wags QP from March booklet)
– (2) $0.85/1 Viva manufacturer QP’s from recent SS (not sure which one, but definitely from the last two weeks)
= $6.48 for 2, plus I got back the $4 RR (yay!)
= $2.48 for 2 after RR or just $1.24 per 6pk!
(2) W brand diapers (size 1, 50ct) = 2/$8 after F&F
= $0.08 per diaper!
I also picked up the Schick razor:
1 Shick Razor = $8.49 after F&F discount
– used $4/1 QP
– got back $4 RR
= $0.49 after QP and RR
And the cadbury eggs are only $0.39 each this week, so $0.33 after discount. Those worked as a great filler for me (plus I needed them for easter baskets!).
Thanks for sharing Katie! I think someone asked about more than one Walgreens coupon before I ran out the door today. The Walgreens coupon policy states you can use any applicable “Walgreen(s)” coupons so it is plural in the policy. That means you are supposed to be able to use as many different types of coupons for the same item if they are available- like an in ad coupon and a coupon book coupon and a manufacturer coupon can all be used.
In this case it is a total value coupon plus an item specific coupon- so yes it is fine ;). As we all know some Walgreens are real turkeys though so you can’t be sure what you are in for until you are up in line to pay.

I went to 3 different walgreens today and picked up the walgreens brand diapers and 234 ct, I think, wipes too. There weren’t many size 4/5’s left so had to dance around the stores. I also picked up the cadbuy eggs that came out to .33 each/limit 10. I had no intention of picking them up but thought I’d get a few for my 14 yr old who loves them. With 10, I have some extra for my other 4 little one’s:)! Diapers and wipes ended up being 4 dollars each with the discount. That made Momma very happy!

My store also had a 3-day sale on various items, including Russell Stover Eggs for 29¢ and Salted Nut Rolls for 29¢. These were a quarter each after the Friends & Family coupon. Plus, the coupon works on clearance items; I got Clean & Natural Hand Sanitizers for 38¢, Walgreens Playing Cards for 39¢, Scotch Reusable Tabs trial size packs for 42¢, and trial size bottles of Lubriderm Lotion for 42¢.
