I actually grabbed some of the shower puffs to send off in a military care package over the holidays. I tried to find some things that I could send off for the female troops in particular this year.
If at Target it’s $1.04 and the coupon is for $1 then is the final price .04 or is the actual price $2.04?
I can’t find the coupon. I looked under personal care and health care. Any suggestions?

All of the Eco Tools at my Walmart are 50% off under the x-mas sale because they were stocking stuffers!!! They are only .50 cents!! I missed the coupon unfortunately…
