Its on the website safeway.com and is linked to your safeway club card, it lets you “add” coupons and special Just 4 u prices to your card; Its only available if you live in certain areas. I know here in Northern California we have it, but I’m not sure where else! I also have the 99 cent J4u price, so I get free pasta sauce!!! Awesome!!!!

What do you mean no barcode? It literally is totally blank for you at the bottom or it just has the new single barcode when you print?
