I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.
Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below. Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I am your friend on facebook.
I started using a binder and sports card holder .hard to get used to after using a check organizer for 15 years.
I’ve tried many different types of organization. I haven’t tried the binder approach yet. So this could be fun!!
I “liked’ you on facebook!
The only system I have right now is clipped coupons in an envelope. I’d like to get much better at couponing to benefit my family.
I use an envelope for coupons I plan on using in a specific trip and a accordian folder for the rest
I’m a HUGE facebook fan and tell everyone I know about your site!
I use an accordion file for my coupons. It’s small, and fits perfectly into my purse.

I’m a Facebook friend!
I am trying to learn to coupon. I want to set up a binder but currently I use envelopes in my purse.
I “liked” you on Facebook.
I started out with envelopes but once I had built up my coupon supply it became too hard to manage so now I have them organized in a binder by category.
I don’t organize very well–just three ziplock snack baggies in my purse. One for Target, one for the grocery store, and one for restaurants/miscellaneous. Not so great, but I’m still a newbie 🙂
I started couponing years ago!!! But I’m definitely using them on a more regular basis with in the last yr or so! I use an accordian folder…but I think I need to expand to a BINDER!!!!
I “like” your page on FB!!! 🙂
I use an accordion and envelopes 🙂
Well, I’m starting out and have a 3″ binder that’s going to get too full any minute 🙂 it has Baseball card inserts. This is turning out to be a load of fun, lol. I never knew I was a Closet Couponer and at my great age!! (Let’s just say 50 is a year or 2 ago) It’s all bringing out my Neatnik side too, I love looking through the binder and seeing them all tidy, am I crazy?
I have just started couponing?? And i am having a hard time. Anything you can help with would be great.
I like you on Facebook! 🙂
I currently use envelopes to divide my coupons into categories. I think a binder might help me to find coupons faster…I just haven’t found the right time to set one up!
Posted on my wall and we are friends!!!!!
I have always used coupons, but have had a hard time getting them organized. I currently use a small accordian file from Dollar Tree and it doesn’t help much. I definitely need a new system! Thanks for the opportunity to win and for sharing your system! =)
Right now, I have all of my coupons, cut out and stuck in a plastic shoebox. Tremendous pain everytime I am looking for a coupon it takes me an hour to go through the box one by one. I have actually bought a couple of packages of baseball card holders to start separating them but find that by the time I search through them I have no time left to organize them. Would love to have one of your binders if possible. Thanks for this generous offer.
I keep my whole inserts in folders, and I have a small accordion file I keep in my purse.
I am currently using an accordian file. Was wanting to try using a binder system. Would love to win this! What a great way to start…
I have “liked” you on facebook.
Right now I am terribly unorganized and this would help me!

I use an accordian file right now, but I have been debating switching to a binder and this would help!
I also follow you on facebook!
could so use a binder, just use envelopes now
LOVE YOUR SITE… READ IT ATLEAST 3 TIMES A DAY!!
I do have a coupon binder that is half done. I haven’t had time to label anything or really organize it. It would be nice to have one where that’s already done!
I currently use a couponizer, which is a great starter, but not enough room in it if you clip from multiple newspapers weekly. Would love to try out the binder system.

I learned the art of couponing about 2 years ago, but fell off the wagon while I was pregnant. I was too tired to go deal hunting. Then when the baby came I knew that I would be able to coupon more since I’d be staying home with him…well….that hasn’t happened yet and he is 9 months old. So I am the lady that digs out the crumpled coupons from the bottom of the purse and apologizes to the cashiers for the mess! I’m trying to get organized and find time only when the baby sleeps to clip coupons. I would love to win this as I am dedicated to saving once again!
I don’t even remember a time when I wasn’t couponing. I am a forty-two year old divorced mother of three (18, 8, 5) so couponing is a must. I currently kkep my coupons in an envelop. Would like better way to use my coupons and become a better shopper.
I also Like you on Facebook! 🙂
I like you on Facebook. I wouldn’t know how to act if I became organized 🙂
Due to budget restraints, I use an old 2″ ring binder (which i just emptied out (from my college days 12 years ago) and three hole punched freezer gallon zip locks to organize. They flop all around inside of the binder, but it does help to keep organized… All things we use towards the front and all things we eat towards the back my dollar store accordion broke apart, so I had to move to a more “advanced” system.
I actually haven’t gotten around to organizing my coupon stash very well. Right now, they’re halfway sorted in a pile of manila envelopes. 🙂
I use a hard back small coupon fan folder that I keep in my purse, in general if I find a deal that I really want I”ll hunt those coupons from family and friends! 🙂
I follow on FB and am posting MFA to my wall!
Just started with a binder
