I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.
Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below. Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

Facebook friend!
Just started about a month ago. Way over my head but I went for the binder since that’s whet I was reading that most ppl were using
I use envelopes with the stores name on it so i know exactly what to buy but with this i miss out on a lot of opportunities to buy other deals that i find once im in the store so i’d REALLY love to have this. Thanks for considering me

I use the binder system. After researching and checking out the prices online I decided to take what I liked the most and made my own it took probably 2 weeks total to get everything organized but now it’s all together it is so much easier!
As a single mother of 6 and looking for a new job since moving to California I really need to start clipping coupons. I, having just started and having a hard time being organized! I NEED HELP…get me started and organized and I will owe you my life, plus I really need the financial help and dont have much time to get started which is the hardest!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!
@ Kim I went and bought the dividers that are number 1-8 so I could use the front page as an index some full page protectors for store adds and to put the coupons that I will be using in w store add and got the 9 slot baseball card holders at target and looked at some of the ones they sell online to get my index categories. Hope this helps I know it is time consuming putting together but once finished it is so freeing….good luck!
I use a tote bag and a couple of accordian binders. I’d like to win this organizer. It would help me.
I would love to get my hands on one of those free coupon binders. I absolutely love ‘my frugal adventure’!! never go a day without checking it out. thanks for all the hard you put in for us.!!
well ive only been cutting coupos for about two months. when i first started i had envelopes labeles by types of product (like an envelope for groceries, one for baby items…) now i have a small photo album. i just have to play around with an order to all the madness that will work for me. honestly, i’ve been finding coupons crumpled and stuffed everywhere. reading comments from more experienced couponers i guess i still have a long way to go till i get it just right for me lol
I have mine in envelopes right now but would love to get them in a nice neat binder!
I store my coupons in separate envelopes, sometimes I can get very unorganized and I could find them at the bottom of my bag. I have been searching for a coupon binder for awhile, thankfully I came across this post, this will give me the opportunity to hopefully get what I need. (:
I organize coupons in an accordian file but would like to try a binder. Thank you!
I like you on FB.
I use envelopes as of right now.
We are Friends on FB!
I store coupons in envelopes when going to different stores and have inserts with dates on them… but a coupon binder is so much better to keep things in order. Thanks for the opportunity 🙂
I store my coupons in my purse, usually just cut up and placed in a stack.
I have friended you on FB
We use a three-ring binder for all the ads and then into a multiple pocket envelope for the shopping.
I use the binder method. I used to use the shoe box method but I love being able to see every coupon at a glance! This giveaway sounds fantastic!
I was going to write “of course we are friends on FB” then decided to double check. I can’t believe I wasn’t! We are now though 🙂
I use my calendar pocketsize and i have a small binder not big enough but would love to get more organized….thanks
We are also friends on Facebook
Just getting started. Right now, using a file folder.
Yes, I “Like” you on facebook
I use a file system, but it is hard at the store. I want to try the binder, but it seems like so much work. With the file system and the help of a great website, I’m not doing too bad in the savings department, but I know I could do better.
I use an accordion binder but I would love to try a binder! Thanks for alll you do for us
We are Facebook friends!!!
Right now I use a binder with a few envelopes. In fact, I need to sort out all the old coupons that expired in June…
I’m a Facebook fan!
I use a small accordian file. If there are a few good coupon inserts in a weekend it gets pretty full pretty fast. I would love a nice, organized binder – I have just never found/taken the time to do it.
I stacked it all on my dollar store coupon organizer.
i use envelopes and a coupon wallet i spend alot of time in the aisle of grocery store cuz i can’t find the coupon i am looking for haha . i could use a new system thank
we are friends on facebook!
I use a small litte envolope that fits in my purse with coupons pouring out everywhere and it takes me forever to find what I am looking. Have thought and even looked at the binders.
We are friends on FB.
I keep each weeks coupons in a plastic gallon size baggy with the date in the front, then placed into a file cabinet. I cut out what I need and keep in an envelope in my purse.
I have a small binder, but this would be great!
I liked you on FB
No real system these days – it’s the dog days of summer! Thank you!
Yikes…I think “organize” is a strong word when it comes to my current coupon situation!!! I got a little backlogged a few months ago when work was really busy, so I stopped cutting coupons. My current “system” (if you want to call it that!) is that I have all of the inserts organized in a big stack according to their date. When there are specific coupons I need, I just flip through them until I find the correct one. It’s not working well, but my other binder system was not set up in a way that ended up being really effective for me. Can you see why my fingers are crossed to win this giveaway???? : )
I currently use an accordian file for my grocery coupons and a separate one for my retail/restaurant coupons. I would love to try a binder!!
I also “like” you already on Facebook!
I store my coupons in a binder and an envelope. I store them in an envelope for one of two reasons; either I’ve cut them, but didn’t have time to put them in my binder or I will be using them when I get to the store. I always take my binder to the store with me just in case I find a good unadvertised sale, but I like to have ready access to the coupons I know I’m going to use so I will put them in an envelope. Someimes I reserve the first page of my binder and place only the coupons I’ii be using during my shopping trip in that page.
I follow you on Facebook!
I also “like” My Frugal Adventures on FB!
I’m a man, so there is not much organization when it comes to my coupons. I need as much help as I can get.
I am just starting to organize & I had an accordian file but I am starting to transfer to binders.
I have only been couponing since May & I love your site!
I just signed up to “like” my friugal adventures on facebook.
