{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I like you on face book. I shared the link. I use an accordion folder.

I use an 8″ x 4″ canvas coupon holder with index tabs. The holder attaches to a shopping cart. It’s nice but, I have a little difficulty finding coupons at times.

I have been a coupon clipper for years but your site has inspired me to take it to a new level !! Right now I use an accordian file but am open to changing my routine.I would love the binders and your organizing ideas…
    Thanks.

I have an accordian file folder for my coupons. One pocket contains an envelope with tabs dividing them by category (dairy, frozen, H&B, etc.). Other pockets are for certain stores (Target, RiteAid) and contain their specific coupons. Then I have separate envelopes of coupons that my sister clips and sends me weekly, waiting to be filed. All of this along with unclipped weekly inserts are in a tote bag that goes with me everywhere. Also in the tote are snacks and toys to keep the little ones busy. Needless to say it weighs a ton and my shoulder is starting to bother me. A binder would be AWESOME!!!!!! Thanks for your site. Saving with coupons has made a huge difference for my family.

I have mine in a binder with the 3pocket holders seem to work for me. I also am your friend on facebook!!!

I use a clear plastic accordion folder with labeled tabs for my couponing. It’s nice that I can just throw it in my bag when it’s time to go, but it might not be the best for organization.

Some of mine are in a zip loc bag and others are (supposed to be) in a little accordian file. Obviously I need some organization!!

Currently I use them crumbled up in my pockets or purse…or even more sadly sitting on my kitchen counter because I forget to shove them in my purse or pocket! Would LOVE one of these binders. We are now in a situation where I must start using coupons and saving as much as I can. Thank you for doing this!!!

  21. Alicia K says

    07/04/2011 at 5:50 PM

    I shared on FB too!

  22. Jesse says

    07/04/2011 at 5:50 PM

I’ve been keeping coupons in an envelope for the ones I know I can use at any moment. The rest are in a bin in the pantry. My husband threatens to dump it out in the recycle bin if I continue to coupon so much. A binder would probably save us marital disagreements!

  23. Julie says

    07/04/2011 at 5:51 PM

I currently do a combo of keeping my inserts whole and clipping ones i know that i will use. i keep my clipped ones in a binder. it seems to work alright.

  24. Ali says

    07/04/2011 at 5:51 PM

Mine are crumpled on the bottom of my purse and I forget to use them!

Currently, I use an acordion folder and a box. I have been having issues with organizing and finding my coupons when I need them, so winning this would be fabulous. I have been thinking about getting a binder for a while now, but I just haven’t had the time to do so.

  27. Jesse says

Hello! I am brand new to couponing and am having a hard time learning how to organize and store them. Right now I just have them in a box, which is not working very well! One of these binders would be perfect for me! I just got married a month ago and want to learn how to save my future family money! Thanks!!!

  30. Christa says

    07/04/2011 at 5:55 PM

I keep my coupons together and file them by date. I cut them out on an as needed basis.

I use the accordian binder to organize my coupons-unless I get a lot of inserts that week, in which case just file them and clip as I need them.

  34. Michelle says

    07/04/2011 at 5:56 PM

I use envelopes. One for coupons that are expiring soon and one for coupons that are expiring sometime in the later future.

  37. Bonita says

Right now all my coupons are still as is from the papers, I’ve written the dates on the front, I’m having a difficult time cutting & placing in a binder with a new baby around!

Currently, I have my coupons organized in a pile by date. Then when I go to the store they go into my purse in an envelope. I could use a better system!

  47. Liz says

    07/04/2011 at 6:03 PM

I use an expandable check storer…it’s way too small 🙂

  48. Liz says

    07/04/2011 at 6:04 PM

Bottom of my purse. Ugg. I get bonus points for actually using them 60% of the time though. 😉 Think of the savings I could have with an organized coupon binder!! Eeek! Pick me! Pick me!
