{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

Right now mine are crumpled at the bottom of my purse, tucked in the console of my car, and still sitting uncut on the kitchen counter. A binder like this would be incredibly helpful (and just the kick in the rear that I need)!

I don’t use a binder, per say, I just found an extra photo album that was un-used and slid the coupons in the photo pockets….it works OK for now, but I know I will have to upgrade to a coupon binder for easier access to the coupons.

    1. My current system of couponing is taking all the full pages with me to the store. Flipping through the stack several hundred times as I purchase the items. And tearing them off as I need them, sometimes ripping the bar code in the process. 🙁 But I still use them religiously 🙂

    2. I like My frugal Adventures on Facebook because there is no “LOVE” button.

    3. I am going to share this on my wall right NOW ! 😉

I have a small coupon file which is divided into sections. I cut most all my coupons, because I don’t get more than 2 inserts any given week. I love couponing and it’s been a big part of my life for 30 years, but I still consider myself a newbie. I learn more every day. Thanks for the offer.

I use a coupon organizer that I got from Target. I break them down into categories, but I also have one just for Target coupons and CVS coupons.

I have a small accordion file but each week I pull out ones for that week’s ads and paperclip them to my list. A binder will make it easier to see what I have and exoand on my current system!

I currently use an envelope system to organize my coupons.

  29. Amanda says

    07/04/2011 at 11:44 AM

I file mine in large envelopes by the date they appeared in the paper and then keep the coupons I am using in a small envelope when I actually go to the store. Not the most organized but I am getting by 🙂

  30. Devon Banta says

    07/04/2011 at 11:44 AM

I currently store my coupons in the back of my pocket calendar (no smart phone for me yet) in no particular order, but have looked into getting a binder. I like the idea of keeping them alphabetical by brand name to better combine sales w/ coupons.

I use the binder system. and the file system. I like the binder much better because when I’m at the store I’m always digging in my folders looking for a specific coupon….. Such a pain. the binder makes things so much easier.

Finding this giveaway has made my day, and winning would be a dream! 🙂 My coupons are everywhere…. I have a small plastic wallet type holder, a paper accordian file, and stacks of plain’ old white envelopes all over my dining room table. A cohesive system and a cool, organized binder would make things so much easier! Keeping my fingers crossed for this one! Thanks for taking the time to do this and having the giveaway!!! 🙂

I am new to coupons and one of my friends recommended your site to me. I like you on Facebook and love all of your entries. Your site really helped me get going on couponing and I have been able to save 40 cents on the dollar since I have began just 2 months ago. I have 3 children. twin 2 year olds and a 3 and 1/2 yr old, so I have not been able to be as organized as I wish I could be. I do think that it would be supremely helpful if I were to win one of your preorganized binders. right now i have piles of coupons. Some on top of my printer, some in an accordian file. I spend quite a bit of time just trying to find the coupons I am wanting to use because the organization just isnt there yet. Please pick me!! I could use the help 😉 Thanks for all the tips and the great giveways you offer and thanks for helping my fam save money

I use a small accordion file, but the night before I plan to head to the store I pull out the coupons for my list and play them, in order of store layout, in a mailing envelope. Behind the coupons is a recipe card, so once I have the item for a coupon, I place it behind the card…just in case I don’t actually use a coupon, the ones that apply are in back and ready to turn in. The file comes with for last minute add-ons. Whew!
