{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I use envelopes and have the expiration date on the envelope with a list of what I need. Sometimes it works but more often than not it doesn’t this would be awesome!

I use an accordion file that I boought from the dollar store. It is in sad shape and greatly needs replacing. My husband and I have been trying to do better about using coupons and he has reallt gotten in to it!!! He collects them mainly from the Sunday papers and has a ball clipping them out. We have an 11 month old so it has been so helpful to find ways to save money!

I use a binder and it is an alphabetical order by brand… Some people think that makes it harder, but it is super easy. If I want Bounty I go to B, if I see a deal on Skittles I go to S. It takes very little time to find which coupon I need and then move it to a checkout folder in the front so that when I get to the register I’m ready to go 🙂

After 34 years teaching art to middle school kids I retired at the end of this school year. YIPPI..so now I have time to coupon and just starting.
I am a binder queen. EVERYTHING was in a binder at school and home.

I use envelopes for each store I go to. My coupons however, are in a large stack on the kitchen counter, that my cat keeps knocking over! I try to reorganize them, but I’m sur there are deals I’m missing out on!

  17. Dawn says

    07/04/2011 at 11:30 AM

I try to keep the coupon inserts together and pull as needed, then stick them into a folder that I have for each store before I go to that store. Am aiming toward getting a binder together! Thank you for all that you do!

I have a hanging file box with the weekly inserts filed by week. I also have a small wallet with the coupons that I know I’ll use or any that I have clipped. I’d love to try the binder.

I use a binder, but don’t have it organized the best. It takes me so long to sort through everything. I also have coupons in my purse, on my table, in my center counsel, and in my diaper bag. Help me organize my life! I was so good while I was on maternity leave, but now that I am back to work I haven’t been very organized.

  22. Ryan says

    07/04/2011 at 11:31 AM

Right now, I use a series of ziploc bags. It is highly disorganized chaos. 🙂 A binder would be miraculous.

  23. Steph S. says

    07/04/2011 at 11:31 AM

    Mine are so disorganized-
Basically just all thrown in a grocery store bag. I’d love to win this!

  24. Kara says

I use a pencil pouch, so things are pretty disorganized. Thanks for a fun giveaway!

  25. Amanda says

    07/04/2011 at 11:32 AM

I use hanging folders with full inserts. All clipped coupons are in a pile in my purse. I used a large paper clip to hold them together, but I can’t find that right now. Oh boy, time to reorganize!

  26. Kristen says

    07/04/2011 at 11:32 AM

I have a binder but it just fell apart this week. I am trying to stay better organized with my coupons.

  27. Helen B says

    07/04/2011 at 11:33 AM

I have no system, and it means I miss deals and mess up and end up forgetting my coupons and missing opportunities to save. I hope I win, I need help!

I use old picture albums pages with the clear sleeves…I find them for super cheap at second-hand stores, plus they already have the three-hole punch…I would love to switch to baseball card inserts to get 3×3 matrix instead of only 1×3!!

  30. Christine says

    07/04/2011 at 11:33 AM

I organize them in a small alphabetical hand held accordian organizer

  31. Lisa says

  34. Kim Dietz says

    07/04/2011 at 11:34 AM

I am currently using a small photobook for all of my coupons…I was using envelopes before that and it was a pain. This works better but it’s hard to get the coupons in and out. I would love a binder system!!

  35. Tina Van Vactor says

    07/04/2011 at 11:34 AM

I started with envelopes, then went to one of those little plastic organizer baskets….I’ve just now started a binder of my own (saw a lady at the store w/one so thought I would give it a try) ….will see how it works. I’m new to extreme couponing and so far I love the challenge!

  36. jen says

    07/04/2011 at 11:34 AM

I use a combination of a binder & marking the date on the insert & pulling the q’s I need. I wish I could get organized enough to solely use the binder!
