{CLOSED} Giveaway: 5 Loaded Coupon Binders

07/04/2011 By Charlene

This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project.  I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.

When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized.  So hopefully I can help!  I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.

And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together!  These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!

If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:

1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons.  Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse?    I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized.   (whoot whoot!)

2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY:  Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy.   Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!

AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:

You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall.  I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!

To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post.  It looks like this:

Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!

So good luck!  I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.

*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome.  So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner.  So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

Please be sure to leave a comment by clicking below.  Any comments on Facebook, twitter or via email will not count!

I don’t clip until I need them. I’m not that organized. I rely on blog match ups. Then the clipped coupons go in an envelope where hopefully they stay put!

We have a crowded plastic box that is sooooo not working for us anymore. Have wanted to go to a binder system, but just didn’t know where to start.

I started out with an accordian file but quickly learned there wasn’t enough tabs for all the categories I needed and it wasn’t easy to view when the coupons were expiring.

I have an accordion file with handles that I put my coupon inserts in. I only cut out coupons when I need them for a sale or if they are items that I normally purchase. They go into a little envelope if they are for CVS with my CVS card, CVS coupons, and ECBs. If they are for other stores they just go into a little notebook for right now. I could definitely use some more organization. I’m sure I miss out on a lot of deals because I’m not as organized as I should be.

I currently use the binder, but its not very organized. I have alot of coupons in a baggie that idk what to do with. Still new and confused on the whole thing. Any help would be great and this would be a great win for me. Thanks for the chance! 🙂

I use a small coupon holder thats not nearly big enough.

I currently have a system that works great… Every weekend I date the front of each insert and use a 3-hole punch. They fit neatly in a binder, it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. This way I’m not wasting time cutting coupons I won’t use.

I use an accordian file and I am just getting started so this would be awesome!!!!! that and Im not a very organized person and I am quickly learning you need to be in order to coupon.

I want to be a Coupon Pro!! I use the small cpoun accordion method. I use two – one for food and other for everything else. However they are barely hanging on, one is taped on the side and using a rubberband to keep it closed. Help!!

  18. Whitney says

    07/04/2011 at 10:57 AM

I organize my coupons by whole insert in a filing box. I am however interested in looking into the binder method. Especially for organizing my loose coupons.

I use a small accordian file and file by month of expiration, that way I can see the ones that expire first. I seem to have more motivation to use them up and can even plan menus around them, knowing they will expire that month.

  26. Susan Niemann says

    07/04/2011 at 10:58 AM

I’m just getting started with couponing, so right now they’re all stacked and paper-clipped on my kitchen table! I think a binder will work nicely, but if I don’t win, I’ll be investing in an accordion file.

I file whole inserts in an accordion file. I file printed coupons in a small accordion file that fits in my purse. But I would LOVE to start using a binder!!!!!

  29. Dominique says

    07/04/2011 at 10:59 AM

I use 3 small accordian files. One for food items and cleaning products, one for toiletry items, first aid, etc. And the final one is organized by store (Target, Rite Aid, Walgreens, CVS, restaurants, etc.). However, these are all over-flowing as I had underestimated the volume of coupons available.

I use a binder, but don’t know if it is organized with all the sections as it should be. I need to revamp it. I also use envelopes for quick-ending coupons or short trips.

  45. Pam Meech says

    07/04/2011 at 11:00 AM

I was attempting to organize my coupons in a binder by date of the insert. I went on vacation and slacked a little bit and now have to reorganize and actually take the inserts out of the newspapers. I was thinking about using the actual coupon storage binder system with the baseball card holder pages. Would help me to keep on top of it and stay organized.

  46. ChrisS says

    07/04/2011 at 11:00 AM

I currently use the envelope system. I *try* to keep all like items together in the envelope but it gets to be a pain in the butt flipping through all the coupons.. then I get to the point that I don’t even want to dig through them to see what I have! LOL

I would love the win a binder and actually saw a lady in my local grocery store just 2 days ago using one, I’d never seen one before! My thought was “Wow.. that’s some extreme couponing!” LOL
