I can’t even begin to tell you how long I have spent on this project. I don’t actually use a coupon binder myself but I know I am in the minority on that and lots of you consider your binders part of the family.
When you are new to couponing, one of the big hurdles to overcome is simply getting everything sorted out and organized. So hopefully I can help! I spent a long time doing research and testing products and hopefully I have come up with a pretty decent custom coupon binder.
And I have 5 of them ready to go as a giveaway for five of you guys and I hope you like what I have pulled together! These binders are fully organized and even include a few complete coupon inserts so you are off to the races!
If you would like to win one custom binder filled with everything I think you need to get started using coupons (or move yourself up to the next level of using coupons) you have a few chances to win:
1. Just leave a comment below letting me know what system you use to organize your coupons. Do you have them in a nice binder already, an accordian file, envelopes, all crumbled up in the bottom of your purse? I was actually the latter of those selections until this weekend when I finally got through about a zillion coupons and now they are nicely organized. (whoot whoot!)
2. FOR A BONUS ENTRY: Just like My Frugal Adventures on Facebook. Easy peasy. Make sure to leave a SECOND comment letting me know we are friends!
AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WIN:
You can share this giveaway on your Facebook wall. I have extra binders all set to go and if one of your friends likes My Frugal Adventures and wins the giveaway, you get a binder just for referring them!
To share this on your wall just look for the little blue f in a square at the bottom of this post. It looks like this:
Click that and this giveaway will post to your wall!
So good luck! I will pick a winner on Thursday at 7pm PST.
*Note: I know there are lots of male readers these days which is just awesome. So not to worry I have a choice of two colors in the binder for each winner. So you guys won’t be hauling around a bright pink binder unless you decide that’s the one you want.

I am a fan of MFA on Facebook.
We are friends on TH too!
Currently I used a large index size plastic box.
I just started couponing and I use a binder to stay organized. I still have a lot to learn and your website really helps me.
I use an accordian style folder. I have “liked” you on fb for a while now and follow you on twitter 🙂
I am currently using a plastic “shoe box” size plastic tub. I use 5×7 cards as my dividers. It is the system I have been using for the last twenty plus years, but I am so ready to make a change! Thanks!
I like you on FB. I am currently using a plastic holder that ripped about 3 weeks ago. It is being held together by duct tape. This binder would be the next step I need to get these coupon organized and ready to use.
I have a file that I throw Sunday coupon inserts into and that works pretty well for starters. But i really would like to give one of your coupon binders to my daughter who will be penny pinching next year as a grad student.
I use the bottom of the purse method, not doing too well.
I have accordian folders to hold the coupons. Then I transfer the ones I need to envelopes when going to the store. Its alot of work!!
I had a couponizer but it fell apart, so now I have nothing, and have gotten away from couponing like I used to. So I would LOVE to win this and get back into the swing of things!!
I use a binder now – and would love to win a binder for my 9 year old daughter who is growing to love couponing just as much as I do!
and of course I am a fan on Facebook.
I use a binder buy my binders have seen better days. I am using a binder I have had since highschool. I am in desperate need of a new one. I love MFA! I am new to couponing so with your help I am off to a great start. 🙂
And we are FB friends – I love your FB page!
I follow you on FB, thanks for the deals!
I use the accordion folder.
I have friended you on FB!
I use an index card box to organize coupons.
I use envelopes. But this is confusing at times and I sometimes miss a coupon or ten and don’t get as good of deals.
Plus I freinded you on Facebook! 🙂
I use a 3 ring zipper binder with pockets in the front.
I put the weekly ads in the pockets.
I use 3 ring photo inserts with 3 pockets on each sheet for each stores
weekly deals I plan on buying (2 sheets per store-store names cut out from weekly ads) in ABC order
Next I have my coupons seperated into catagories by tab divider sheets and the coupons are arranged by expiration date in baseball
card sheets. When a new month begins I put a small red dot in the top
right hand corner of the coupons that will expire that month
sometimes I move those coupons to 4 pages in the front of the binder.
I have only been doing this for 3 months and I have tried a few different ways but this works for me!
I have my coupons on my kitchen table
I use a small accordion file with about 6 categories. Every time I go shopping I have to sort through each category to see what I have available to use…very annoying!

FB fan!! Always ck out ea. One of ur postings.
I currently arrange my coupons in an accordion folder by month. After missing out on a lot of in store deals lately, I have decided that switching to a binder would be best but the startup is so intensive. This would be a great start!

I carry my coupons in a binder picked up at a yard sale for $.50, thrifty all the way. My husband had the baseball card sheets from years of collecting. Waiting on a great deal on back to school tabs to make it more efficient.
This is pretty cool! I just use the pocket of my wallet, so it’s kind of a mess and doesn’t hold too many coupons.
I use a cheesy little accordion file that fits in my purse, but I’d LOVE one of these binders!
I am a fan on FB!
I like MFA on FB.
accordian file thats over flowing, i need a binder.
I use a accordeian file. When coupons were good and I had plenty,I used a casset tape case to hold all of them.Coupons where I live have not been good lately,so a binder full of coupons from somewhere else swould be wonderful.
I also “like” MFA on Facebook
I like you on FB and I shared 🙂
I’m new to couponing and still trying to get organized.
I attempt to use a binder right now, but would love to win an additional one as mine is full! Or to give as a wedding shower gift 🙂
I currently use accordion files, one for mfr. and one for stores & restaurants. Would love to try the coupon binder though.
I have an organizer that I bought at Target. It’s a little small for the amount of coupons I use, but it’s better than nothing.
Thanks!

I am very new to couponing, and I am currently using an accordion folder, which I am coming to realize is a very inadequate way to store and organize my coupons!
I use a binder and a rubbermaid tote to keep my coupons organized.
I already follow you on facebook!

I use a coupon binder, a worn out envelope, and a coupon organizer. Haven’t really figured out what I like best yet! lol
