This post may contain affiliate links, please see my disclosure policy.

Well I am super excited about the giveaway today.  I have TWO $50 gift cards for two lucky MFA readers.

This giveaway is in honor of a new promotion Home Depot is running for the next few weeks.  They will have Black Friday type sales running Thursday-Sunday on all sorts of seasonal items like lawn mowers and outdoor power tools.

This promotion is slightly different for each area but it begins Thursday, March 31 through Sunday, April 3rd in markets including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Columbia SC, Dallas/Ft. Worth, El Paso, Fresno, Greenville SC, Jacksonville, Memphis, Nashville, Portland, Raleigh, Sacramento, San Francisco and Seattle.

The specific deals will be posted at midnight on Thursday at HomeDepot.com. You will want to be sure to enter your zip code to get the deals specific to your city.

Additionally, starting Friday, March 18th Home Depot will have select items available to purchase on Facebook at 50-75% off regular retail.

Here are a few examples of the types of deals we will see:

  • 7-Piece Martha Stewart Living Cardona Dining Set, was $499, now $299
  • Brinkmann Pro Series Four Burner Gas Grill, was $369, now $199
  • Ames 4-wheel Garden Cart, was $39.97, now $19.97

—————————————————*————————————————–

AND to celebrate two of you will each win a $50 gift card to get started on your spring projects.

You have TWO chances to win:

1. If you would like to enter, just leave a comment below letting me know if you have any spring projects planned.  We have an endless list basically but the first order of business is sectioning off a play area for the girls.  (Since our backyard has a huge uncovered pool).

2. BONUS ENTRY: And get a bonus entry if you subscribe to MFA via email, follow on Twitter or like me on Facebook .  Be sure to leave a second comment letting me know!

We’ve become caretakers of our family property – WOW cheap rent if you don’t count the endless hours trying to keep it up. Our main project this spring is getting the lawn back and saving the trees that the Florda freeze didn’t kill. The gift cards would help buy fertilizer.
    Thanks!

In our group of friends, we are known as the DIY couple! I am pregnant with my first child, so we just finished doing wainscoating in the baby’s room along with tons of painting and adding new molding. Now that the weather is turning nice, we are moving to the outside – new shrubbery along the front, painting our shutters, and on and on!
