This giveaway is in honor of a new promotion Home Depot is running for the next few weeks. They will have Black Friday type sales running Thursday-Sunday on all sorts of seasonal items like lawn mowers and outdoor power tools.
This promotion is slightly different for each area but it begins Thursday, March 31 through Sunday, April 3rd in markets including Atlanta, Birmingham, Charlotte, Columbia SC, Dallas/Ft. Mulch. So far, that’s what’s on the outside project list for this year. And planting some flowers.
We bought a “flipped” house. And the person who flipped it didn’t do such a great job. Everything needs to be fixed. 🙁

Our Spring project will be planting grass and hopefully a garden!
Lots of projects coming up! The boys have always wanted a swingset in the backyard so I need to level the ground and then put that in for them. Also, when the weather gets nice I need to build a box for my garden and till the remaining ground garden. Inside I need to put baseboards in, fix holes, and paint. Also need to fix a leaking pipe before my ceiling falls. Now…I just need to figure out how to do all this myself!

We need a new patio umbrella!
We are in the process of building a tree house in the woods behind our house & planning to start building a back deck in the next month. I have high hopes I will get some nice patio furniture too. We have lived here 2 yrs so we still have lots of improvements to do around the house.

Planting a garden and putting vinyl siding on our small addition.
We are building a stick built shed in our backyard this Spring. Storage is needed!
We also seem to have an endless list: finish a retaining wall, stain the deck, get a shed, finish landscaping, re-mulch and baby number 2 is set to arrive the end of April… it is going to be interesting:)
We need to work on our yard~!
Oh the projects are endless around here! Just finished converting our fireplace into an entertainment center and the next big project is a shed in the backyard so I can get my car in the garage before baby number 2 arrives in early June! A $50 gift card would be extremely helpful!

Like everyone else, we have a never-ending list…one priority this year: I’d like to put in a patio this summer (to correct negative drainage! eek!) and I like to plant a new tree each year with the kids on Mother’s Day. 🙂
