Any great deals I missed?
TERESITA BABCOCK says
Can you print off more than 1 of the $5/$25 and use them on different transactions?
nicki says
pst….there is a $2 cp here for the childs flu med:
http://www.oscillo.com/special-offers/
Kristen says
I think the final price on the Listerine should say 99 cents instead of Free, right? $3.99 minus $1 UPR minus $2/1 coupon = .99
Also, there’s a $2/1 for the Children’s Oscillococcinum Natural Flu Medicine in the 1/24 RP, making that one a $2 moneymaker…sweet!
Kristen says
Oops…ignore my Listerine comment. I overlooked the RA coupon…sorry!
Kathy says
You can also print the $3 off Huggies snug and dry on the Target website. It is a manufactures coupon and there was no Target Logo on it when I printed it.
tiffany says
There are .50/1 coupons on Betty Crocker’s website for the muffin mix, $2 printable for the Children’s Oscillococcinum, and a $2 coupon in a Safeway booklet for the Blink.
tiffany says
Ooh, and a $1/$10 wellness coupon for cold/flu that expires on Sunday.
Karen Mamakos says
For MM Deal #1
couldn’t you use a $2 coupon from 1/24 RP for the oscillocococinum? That would make the deal even better. 🙂
Charlene says
Absolutely Karen! My thought was that most people might not have that insert so I used the one I knew everyone would have.
Charlene says
Teresita- The $5/25 that you can’t print is the one you can get several copies of 🙂
Em says
How about the Train your dragon movie? Any deals? Thansk!
Charlene says
Em there was nothing in the ad that I saw.
Joan says
will I be able to duplicate the preference deal with something else if I can get 2 ad perks coupons- in the same transactions and use $5/25.
Charlene says
Joan- It will depend on if your store will let you use two of the in ad coupons. If you do separate transactions I would think it would be OK, but in the same transaction I think those coupons say limit one. So you can try but I would have a plan B just in case.
Annette says
There’s a 2.00/1 video values for Huggies that will sweeten that deal even more!
Liz says
i’m kinda new to shopping at Rite Aid. Is 19.99 for a box of Huggies a good deal? What kind is there in the boxes, little movers? Also I printed 2 different ad perk coups for $1 off non prescription can I use both? And I also printed $2 off Huggies diapers ad perk coup, plus I have manufacturer coups. And I have the $5 off $25, can I use that with the ad perk $4 off $20??
Charlene says
Liz you can use one of each of the coupons you have. So if you buy a box at $19.99 and one small filler you can use the 4/20, the 1 off anything and a $3 off manufacturer coupon. That is it for that one box. You will need to check your store and see what kinds they carry. Usually the boxes of diapers are Little Movers or Snug and Dry.
Charlene says
Annette- I haven’t printed that but the wording said Jumbo pack. So if you print it and it does not say Jumbo pack- then you are exactly right.
TERESITA BABCOCK says
Thanks Charlene. I’m going to go use my sister in laws computer! haha, And for Liz’s question. My rite aid here in Utah will not let me stack a $1 off anything with a $4/20 or $5/25!
Megan says
Ugggg…Excedrin coupons are showing up as $1/1, not $2/1 🙁 I really need to stock up some more and had a great scenario. Oh well, just thought others should know before they print and waist ink. I can usually find better deals than it would be with the $1/1 coupon, so I guess I’ll wait a bit longer.
Melissa says
My ad also shows Libby’s canned fruit in with the Buy 10 items at $1 each and get a $1 UP reward deal (along with the Nabisco crackers, Oreos, etc.). I have $1/2 Libby’s canned fruit coupons from some Sunday insert somewhere and also two Libby’s canned fruit ad perk coupons. Did this get missed or am I looking at something wrong?
Kasey says
I can’t find the Ziploc $1.50/2 coupon and can’t get the $1.00 off Thermacare printable website to come up. Has anyone seen these? I have checked the P&G October 10/10 insert over and over for the Ziploc and don’t see it?
Charlene says
Kasey- I am sorry that was a typo. It should have been 10/10 SS. Ziploc is not a P&G item.
Charlene says
Nope thanks Melissa I will add that to the list! These Rite Aid ads take usually a minimum of 3 hours a week so I know lots of things get missed. I will probably start linking out to other people for drugstore deals now because I seem to be getting so many complaints every week about them. I am obviously not doing a very good job. I’ll start looking for other people that have nice lists that I can link too. You can always email me with suggestions for other sites that do great jobs with them too and I will check it out!
holly says
Is anyone else having trouble printing the ThermaCare Back Patch? I keep getting a run time error.
Nicole says
Charlene, I think you are doing a wonderful job! I look at a few other sites, but I always print your list to shop at the drug stores. Thanks for all you do!
alice says
I can not thank you enough for the hard work and help that you put into your site. You do an amazing job and your website has taught me so much. So… Thanks, Thank You many times over!
Charlene says
Thanks Ladies! I wasn’t fishing for compliments, I just had about 7 comments in a row upset over the drugstore matchups this week and I don’t want to do something at all if it is not well done. This is the best I can do since these do take so long and I have to do them late at night. I already started next week’s ads but after that I will probably just start linking out to others that do a better job at them.
TERESITA BABCOCK says
I think you do an amazing job! I actually compare others blogs to yours! I ALWAYS go with your scenarios! I would not be able to do this with out you! ;-D
Kina says
I think you do a fantastic job as well and I appreciate it so much! I was wondering if the up rewards roll when you do separate transactions. Like if I buy the Huggies and then use the $4up for more Huggies will another $4up print for me? Also, with the Tresemme, if I buy 3 of them to use my 3/5 coupon will I get three $1 up rewards (one for each purchase) or just one??? Thanks!
Charlene says
Kina- technically it is supposed to be one +Up per customer unless otherwise noted. It seems the vast majority of the time, the +Up are rolling. I checked and it looks like the Ups are rolling right now on these diapers with no limits. So there is always the chance that will change but it should work 🙂
sarah says
I was over at our Rite Aid this morning to buy some diapers. I also bought some of the rebate items too. The printable oscillococcinum coupons wouldn’t work for me, and the cashier said she couldn’t manually enter it in. I had the same problem with the simply saline coupons. The therma care and huggies coupons worked just fine though. A little frustrating, but since the items are free after rebate I didn’t make a fuss.
sarah says
Regardless of a few of my printable coupons not working, here is my total purchase breakdown. I used two purchases, rolled over my $4.00 up rewards from the diapers into the second purchase. I used a $5.00 off $25.00 purchase for both transactions. Here’s what I bought 1 box of huggies diapers, 2 simply saline, 1 thermax allergy spray, 1 thermax cold spray, 1 bioguard tablet, 1 thermacare back, 1 boiron chestal for kids, 1 oscillococcinum for kids, 1 Bee cough drops, 1 bodi heat, 2 ice cream cones at the counter. My total after rebates was a whopping $6.70, (which $2.60 was an ice cream treat for my kiddos!)! I usually don’t buy up all the single check rebate items, but I will use all of these with our allergies and constant colds. Thanks Charlene for a great match up again this week!
Nicole says
Charlene, I did your deal idea #1 today, and it worked just as you said. $5.43 plus tax, but I had a $1 up from another transaction, so a little over $6.00 oop. I just entered my receipt for the rebates. Thanks again!
jaidee says
PLEASE dont link out to other matchups! yours are the best! i know its a lot of hard work – but you are the only one i follow other than the one i use for Tops markets – im all the way in NY and your matchups always work out awesome for me! even with the different coupons. i just got home from rite aid and had a great time! heres my trip break down

Barbara H. says
There are $4.00 peelies on some of the Blink boxes.
Julianne says
I went to my Rite Aid yesterday and there were no shelf signs for ziploc bags or febreze deals. I couldn’t find them in the ad either. 🙁
Charlene says
Julianne- your ad might not have had that deal. There are variations according to city so I can’t post the deals for every single city. These are just based on the national ad that is available to the majority of markets. I recommend double checking your specific ad for every single store before you shop just to be 100% certain.
Amelia says
What exactly is a “single check rebate?” I bought the adult saline solution but I didn’t recieve a form to fill out or anything. I’m hoping it will come in the mail? Thanks so much!
Charlene says
Amelia if you click on Drugstore 101 at the top of the blog you will see a link for Rite Aid basic FAQs and you can read all about the rebates there.
Amelia says
Thank you! (And I also think you do an amazing job!!!!)
christine says
charlene, you do a great job, don’t link out. i also use you almost on a daily basis. thanks for all your hard work. now, am i correct in understanding that the huggies deal is rolling? i would really like to stock up on diapers, and i have one $3/1 q left of 3 i was able to print. i am going back to rite aid tomorrow to try to get my freebates if there are any left. my hubby and i both bought a box, and there are plenty left on the shelf, so i won’t be clearing them or anything, but diapers at this price are definitely stock up for me, expecially w/all my ups from the freak candy deal. lol.
Charlene says
Christine- from what I have heard they are rolling. I can’t promise obviously but that seems to be the case.
christine says
thanks, charlene. i totally understand that you don’t have control over whether it rolls or not, and are just passing info along. if anyone gets upset because they try a deal that might not work, they need to get a life (ooops, hope that’s okay to say). whenever i go do a deal that may not work i always just factor that in, so i know i may be losing out. if it’s still worth it i do it, if not then i skip it. don’t let rude people keep you from sharing your gift. i can’t believe that someone would get upset at you for something you don’t have control over, especially after all the work you put in to help us save. you are awesome!
Nicole says
Amen Christine! Besides, that is what is so fun about shopping now. Sometimes you get a better deal than what you actually plan on!
christine says
another question. is the old spice, and the nivea printing multiples. or is there a limit. i would like to do ir twice for christmas presents.
Charlene says
Christine- I believe those are but I think your issue is going to be finding product. I just bet most stores are sold out. If that is the case, you can always get it free at Wags or Target.
christine says
you are right. both my local rite aids are sold out. so how does it work out free at the other stores? thanks for info. i was hoping to get some christmas presents.
Charlene says
Christine,
http://myfrugaladventures.com/2010/10/free-nivea-at-target-2/
http://myfrugaladventures.com/2010/10/walgreens-1017-1023/
If it was me, I would go to Target. Walgreens is most likely out of stock as well and Target probably has more inventory. If you get your hands on the Walgreens ad- even if your Target store doesn’t have it priced at $3.04 it doesn’t matter because you can price match.
At Walgreens you can probably get a raincheck but I just like Target better 🙂
