NOTE: Some Walgreens stores have started refusing to give Register Rewards when a coupon is used. If you are unsure at your store you might just ask before trying the deals involving coupons. You can also try calling catalina if your Register Reward does not print and see if they will mail it to you.
There was also a recent Q (ok, now I am seeing the downside of cutting the coupons and not keeping a record of where you got them) for $1 off 3 bags of Hershey’s kisses or miniatures. Using 1 of the Hershey’s Pieces $1/1 coupons from 4/18, this would make 4 bags of candy .75 each. It’s not .25, but it’s not bad!
Amelia I should have the coupon database up this weekend (hopefully) which will make finding coupons a cinch. I saw those coupons but I don’t think they are the same sizes so I didn’t include them. I thought they all said 10oz + so let me know if that is wrong. The ones on sale are 8-9oz.

It looks like the in-ad coupons in the Rewards test areas are now “clipless”, so it will be interesting to see how they work when combined with MQs (like for the Aquafresh deal). Maybe we will have to hand over our cards after the coupons…

I got 4 bottles of free Ecotrin (4 sep transactions). Then used the $8 RR to buy 2 pks of Quilted Northern and 4 bags Chex Mix (used 2 50c/2 MQs). Paid $3.01 OOP. Got the Ecotrin for my Father-in-Law so bought all things we will use. I’ve been trying to find a deal for a while now to get cheap Quilted Northern and this worked out great!
Coppertone was $9.99-$11.99 at my store (depends on the SPF). They also they had Puffs w/lotion Vicks scented on clearance for $.66 ea, used $.50/1 from VocalPoint & got them for $.16 ea 🙂 If you still have the $1/1 use it with the in ad coupon (Puffs $.99ea) & snag a box for free!
i got the cort aid today and the rebate is just a simple mail in rebate (8-10 weeks turn around). you just submit the catalina style rebate form with a copy of the receipt showing you bought the cort aid.
There’s a $2.00 off 2 participating GSK products MQ in the May Safeway coupon book, which says it includes Aquafresh. Should be able to snag 2 for free with the MQ and the wagsQ.
