Just a reminder that Walmart stores are supposed to have Wii games on sale tomorrow at 8am for $199 with a $50 gift card back. One reader called and was told the sale started Sunday- but it is listed on the web site as 12/5. This is supposed to be in store only but you might check online HERE and see if you get lucky!
You might also check Amazon HERE as they seem to be price matching Walmart frequently this year!
If nothing else, Target will have the Wii on sale starting Sunday for $199 and it includes a sports game. You can also use the coupon HERE to get a free nunchuk when you buy a Wii at Target.
Hubbie is in line as I type this…..our store has almost 100 units for sale starting at 8 am. He was told this AM that the other WalMart in town is not starting their deal until 12:01AM SUN morning.
I don’t really see how they can do this as the WalMart press release clearly states that the deal starts 12/5/09 8AM…..?

I would be seriously ticked if my store was a day late. That isn’t fair.
We were really surprised at our store. My husband showed up about 730 this morning there wasn’t anyone there – the guy behind the counter said they had about 100 for the deal too.
My husband was first in line and got there at 5:35 AM. He said the bulk of the people showed up at 7:30 and were running to get in line. We were happy to know that they were very fair and kept everyone in line in the order they arrived. They handed out numbers and there were several managers on hand to keep things under control.
Lindsay: If you have other WalMarts in your area, I would call to see if they are holding off and doing the deal at midnight tonight (see my note above). Good luck ;0
I arrived at Walmart at 8:00 (not realizing that they opened at 6:00. I stood in line until 9:30 however, I did get my wii! What a wonderful deal! Thanks for letting me know – you are the best!!
