Since Safeway is practically giving away Fresh Express salad this week & is totally giving away Marie’s salad dressing- I intend to eat a lot of it!
MONDAY: Taco Night (DH’s specialty)
TUESDAY: Green Salad w/ Blue Cheese Vinaigrette & Roasted Chicken
WEDNESDAY: Sauteed Mushroom Burgers w/ Sweet Potato fries (with FREE ground beef I ordered from Schwan’s!)
THURSDAY: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
FRIDAY: Spinach Salad w/ strawberries and toasted baguette
SATURDAY: Bacon Feta Panini (substitute sour dough for Rye)
SUNDAY: Grilled Chicken Teriyaki w/ leftover (you guessed it) salad
A light and easy menu this week.

That bacon feta panini sounds amazing! For lunch I had some of my free spring greens with some chopped up chicken and walnuts and my free maries blue cheese vinigarette dressing. It was SO good! 🙂
