    Hi!

I just subscribed to your newsletter. ๐Ÿ™‚ My food bill was around $450-500 a month. I am now working very hard to bring that down. In the month of August I have only spent $230!

Hello…Thank you for such a great offer!! I shop at Kroger faithfully in Flushing, MI. I love Krogers because of the doubling to $1.00…It helps keeping shopping cost down and gives our family money for other opportunities. Currently our wekly grocery budget is -0- because my husband lost his job. So I am pulling any extra money weekly to keep food on the talbe. With a gift card I see savings 75% – 90%. What an opportunity!!

My weekly budget is $100 but that includes all food, baby needs (wipes, diapers, etc.), laundry & cleaning supplies, etc. On Food I normally spend around $60 a week but my freezer & pantry stay packed with all the deals I find! I could probably go 2 months with out buying anything and still be okay (other than fresh foods & dairy items)! ๐Ÿ™‚

Our weekly budget varies because of self-employment (no steady check = no set weekly budget) but for groceries, household items, toiletries, etc. I would say it averages around $50 per week. Thank goodness for Kroger's sales & coupon policies and CVS Extra Bucks! westkycouponlady(at)gmail(dot)com
