I don't keep a budget, but I do keep a savings tally. I save about $1000 per week and spend about $100. I buy for friends and family members who are struggling during these hard economic times, and I donate to a local food bank as well.

I give myself a budget of $250.00 per month. That way if I go over one week and under another it evens out. I start off each month putting that amount on a gift card then only use the gift card to pay. That way I don't cheat!
