I went to get the neutrogena deal and got an e-mail that said I did not qualify for the offer. I rechecked my receipt with the offer and should of qualified for the 2.00 dollar rebate. I'm new to couponing and maybe made a mistake. I got neutrogena mascara and skin clearing foundation. Is there a way to check this out? Or possibly contact rite aid rebates customer service. The odd part is the rebate says I only had to buy 1 product and I actually bought 2 and no 2.00 dollar rebate. I do not want to make this mistake again and if you could tell me where I went wrong, I hopefully won't do it agian.-Shelly
Shelly, I have no idea why that would be an issue. The rebate clearly states:
Purchase One (1) of Any Variety:
• Neutrogena Cosmetics Product for a $2.00 BONUS Rebate AND qualify for #132
Did you buy it on Sunday? It was only valid starting July 26th. I would call RA customer Service and see what happened. Maybe it was telling you that you didn't qualify for the bonus rebate yet? You will need all your reciept information when you call.
Did it work for anyone when you do the BOGO free Biore Product and submit it for the $5 SCR?
