I have a question, I am new to this, so when you receive register rebates are you only aloud to receive one per purchase? So in other words each one of these transactions need to be separate correct? I do understand that obviously they would need to be separate if I wanted to use one on the next deal. Does that all make sense? lol. Sorry hard to explain. Thanks So Much, Love your blog!

Hi Nicole, I am working on instructions for Walgreens that should help clarify all this but I just agreed to host a carnival on Tuesday so I put it on the backburner. If I understand you correctly- you can purchase multiple items that generate register rewards in the same transaction- like if you buy a Roots of Nature and the Pantene- you will get both Register Rewards. If you tried to buy the same item- like 2 of the Roots of Nature- than you will only get 1 register reward. That is why you often see people doing several transactions at Walgreens. Plus you want to "roll" the rewards to spend the least amount possible of your money- so if you buy item x and get $2 in RR you can then use that to pay for item y. If you bought x and y together you'd still get the rewards but you'd have to fork out more money up front. I hope that helps- click on the Where to Begin tab under my header and there is a Walgreens post that might be helpful. It is a little tricky but worthwhile in the end!

Thanks So Much for answering so quickly Charlene, You explained it perfectly and I understand it now. Definately will be worth the effort to save, I can't wait to give it a try this week! Thanks Again!

Remember you if you use a Register Reward from a particular item to buy that item, a second register reward will not print (99%of the time). So people roll "back and forth" between two items or scenarios. Such as using the Right Guard RR to buy the Aquafresh, and the Aquafresh RR to buy the Rightguard. Also, RRs count as coupons, and you have to have the same number of items as coupons. (in-ad coupons do not count). People get inexpensive fillers such as ramen noodles to get the right item count.
