There is a weighted vest available in either 5lbs or 10lbs for just $9.99. That is a steal if you want to start incorporating these into walks.
I started about a year ago with 10lbs and moved up to 15 and now I use a 20lb vest and I have felt it really makes a difference.
I actually bought one for my Dad for Christmas to use on his walks too.
