The Target Circle Deal Days start today for 360 members. I have mentioned this before but 360 is the annual membership thing that gets you discounted deliveries and some other perks. They charge for this ($99 a year right now or $10.99 per month but you get $100 back when you open a credit card). They did offer free memberships here and there and deeply discounted memberships so I am hoping some of you got those offers.
