This week Target is offering $10 off a $40 Ulta Beauty purchase. I wanted to mention this because 25% off is a great discount for Ulta items.
Target is offering a few of the daily and weekly deals for the 21 Days of Beauty Promotion and as of posting, the deals are included in the $10 off.
I tested the Peter Thomas Roth eye tightener on sale today for 50% off and that did work with the promotion so you can really get a fantastic deal with these overlapping deals.
The downside is that Target only carries a portion of what Ulta has so a lot of brands aren’t available.
