Hollister is offering 30% off shorts and swimwear today. That is actually a decent discount to jump on so early in the season. The swim separates are roughly $13.50 each after the discount which is really reasonable. Shorts seem to be about $30.
There are a lot of options for boys from swim trunks to cargo shorts to fleece and athletic options.
I find swimwear seems to sell out early at a lot of stores and as we get closer to summer, the selection really slims down.
