OPI has a new gel polish starter kit that is available now at Ulta.
It is supposed to create gel polish nails at home and includes the lamp, a base coat, top coat, prep wipes, cuticle sticks and buffers. The price is $59.99 but I noticed Ulta has a 20% off coupon that is currently working on this item.
That brings the price to $47.99, which is a great deal for a brand new release that isn’t even in stores yet.
