This 16 pack of Papermate pens is on sale today for $7.93.  That works out to $.49 per pen.  

These are great to tuck into Easter baskets for older kids or treat yourself to new pens for all those to do lists.  This currently shows a month long wait time to ship but I have always found in the past that shipping times can be much sooner.
