I look forward to Easter baskets every year because I just love shopping for my girls. I always start them fairly early so I can spread out the cost a bit and take advantage of promotions.
I put together some ideas of things that are fairly practical and still so cute plus some items that will be coming up on sale that you might consider picking up at a discount. This is very close to what the Easter baskets in our house will look like- as with all popular teen items some of these are a little more expensive so I did include more budget friendly alternatives.
Checkered Baskets. These are so cute and can absolutely be used again in a bedroom or bathroom.
Floral Basket. This is really cute too and would be a great small hamper or for storage after Easter.
Gold Crinkle. I love this color.
Love Shack Fancy x Goody Hair Ties. The Love Shack Fancy stuff at Target is a great basket idea- either the Goody Hair Accessories or the Wet Brush hair brushes.
Bunny Bath Bomb. These bath bombs are so cute- either the chick or the bunny are perfect.
Sun Bum Gel Sunscreen. I always put in stuff I will be buying for Spring/Summer anyway into these baskets and sunscreen in perfect. This Sun Bum gel sunscreen is similar to Supergoop and goes on so easily and melts into the skin. Really like this one. If you prefer spray sunscreen, the Coola smells amazing and is on sale for 50% off on March 20th.
Supergoop Powder Sunscreen. This is a little more expensive but it will be 50% off on March 27th. This is a great item to put on top of sunscreen and to even use on the hairline. This Vacation facial mist is a great alternative.
Burt’s Bees Lip Oil. This is a new product from Burt’s that would be fun to add or another great option is this 2pk from elf.
Albanese Bunny Candy. How cute are these? If you have a Costco membership I also spotted them there in a much larger bag.
Chocolate Bunny. If you prefer other flavors or sizes, there are a bunch of chocolate bunny options here.
Kinder Cookies. I always try and pick up something a little different for treats and Kinder is always a popular choice- these cute cookies are so fun!
Fruit Necklace. I mentioned these on sale last week and I did pick up the little cherry one for my older daughter but there is also a strawberry or lemon- all of the options are really fun for summer.
Scalloped Boxer Short PJs. New warm weather PJs are usually a staple in our Easter baskets and these scalloped bottom boxers are really cute for loungewear or to pull on at the beach/pool this summer.
Floral Socks. How cute are these! I wish the little bears were bunnies but cute fresh new socks are a great basket stuffer.
Rubber Ducky Easter Eggs. I try to find plastic eggs with a lot of personality for baskets and these are really cute. Both Dollar Tree and Walmart typically have great options but they do sell out early.
Touchland Hand Sanitizer. This is a practical item but I also like the Trader Joe’s sanitizer for about $2 or these from Bath & Body Works are a great value.
Bunny Ring dish. This is a cute option to pop into a basket or this one is really cute and only $3.
Mini Fan. A little mini fan for a girl that is into skincare is a great item to tuck into a basket. They can use this to dry skincare or cosmetics just a little faster. My daughter freaks out about how long nail polish takes to dry so I grabbed this for her. (lol)
