This foldable yoga mat is fantastic. I have one of these that easily tucks into my gym bag and I can pull it out for ad work, yoga class, weights etc.. and just tuck it right back in the bag.
I also think the accupressure mat on sale for $20 is a great gift for someone that works out or that has back pain- we toured a top D1 college last year and the #1 thing the coach pointed out from his locker room for athletes was the accupressure mats his team uses.
I wanted to mention they have weighted vests on sale too. Only 8 lbs and 10 lbs that I can see but that is a great starter weight for people that like to do walks. I am using a 12lb vest for 5 mile walks and it is really a game changer. Highly recommend.
