There is a new fall collection from Hearth & Hand at Target with lovely furniture, decor, dishware, bedding and my favorite these lovely rugs.
The candles are absolutely gorgeous. I ordered the glazed ceramic candle holder and ribbed pillar candles- such a simple and inexpensive update.
I absolutely love these pennant flags for those that are expecting or have baby showers. I would pick this up for new pet parents too! I love seeing photos of dogs going from tiny puppy to larger dogs.
