Target is offering 30% off Halloween costumes this week. Sometimes Target goes as low as 40% off but I am not sure if they will go that low this year. You can certainly keep your receipt and I will post if things do go lower.
This is very early for Halloween but the popular costumes do tend to go fast so this is a great time to start looking.
