I have the three piece set pictured above and I really do love these pans. They are pretty of course but also nothing sticks to them. I rarely use oil or cooking spray or butter as these are non stick, they are super easy to clean and they do have even cooking all the way around the pan.
I have been very happy with our pans and the only complaint I have is that they have knicked a tiny bit around the lip of the pans but otherwise they are still in great condition.
