That is actually cheaper than the Canon Rebel T6 body alone without lenses. I love the Rebel. It has auto settings that make it incredibly easy to use right out of the box. Once you become more familiar with the camera you can use the manual settings for photos or videos. I also love that it is really lightweight and compact to carry around.
I have a Canon T6i Rebel that I use for travel or when we are out and about because it is so small and light. I purchased the 50mm lens and that is small enough that I can pop it in a purse or small backpack and it is just as easy as an iPhone to whip out for great photos.
If you don’t have a DSLR camera, I can’t recommend this investment enough. Capturing gorgeous photos of your family and friends is such a gift and you will never look back and regret having great photos. You will look back and regret a bunch of poorly lit and blurry iPhone pics. If I could do anything over again in my life it would seriously have been investing in a good camera when my girls where little. How I wish I had good photos of them and not the awful ones I do have 😉
