Hi Ali, should work on almost everything. I see a few minor exclusions- digital content, Amazon gift cards and no 3rd party sellers. Pretty standard. Are you clicking the link in the post to shop? You can’t shop through devices and such. That could be the issue. Here is all the fine print:
