Rudolph Ice Cream Bars

When was the last time you had a Klondike bar? Dang they are good!   My girls absolutely love ice cream. And ice cream wrapped in a chocolately hug?  I’ll take two!

I thought it would be fun to dress up our Klondike bars as an extra special treat.  The kids thought these were fantastic and it only took me 2 minutes to do.

Klondike has tons of flavors these days.  For my little Rudolph Klondike, I grabbed Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream but you can pick from tons of varieties including S’Mores, Cookie Dough, Reese’s,Caramel Pretzel and more.

And to jazz up your Klondike for the holidays why not turn it into a little Rudolph. I used a dab of gel icing to add a red candy nose plus two candy eyes and two broken pretzels at antlers.  So simple! So delicious and a guaranteed hit with the kiddos.
