You can get some fantastic deals on Canon bundles today. I am seeing deals that are the same as what we saw for Black Friday last year. The beauty of buying early is that you can actually use your camera for all those photo worthy moments this fall and winter.
I shoot with a Canon Rebel and have been very happy with my camera.

And if you do pick up this camera and want to take photos of the family or pets or portrait style pictures, I can’t recommend the Canon 50mm lens enough. It shoots clear, pretty close up shots and you can choose from the $100 one or the upgraded lens that is $300-ish. I started with the $100 lens and when I dropped it on the cement and broke it, decided to upgrade to the f/1.4. I LOVE both of these lens and have taken some of my best photos with them.
Here is a shot of our new puppy that I took recently with this lens- keep in mind he was jumping and licking and well acting like a puppy so it isn’t tack sharp but still pretty clear. This picture is straight out of the camera with no editing except the watermark:
