I have a similar cutting machine to this one and you can use these for so many different projects- cutting fabric, cutting vinyl, stickers, paper crafts… the list goes on and on.
What I love about the Cricut on sale today is that it is wireless. I have a cutting machine that requires a plus to my computer and one to an outlet and it is annoying and the cords do get in the way so this is a nice feature.
